Two is better than one!

Hazel the Rottweiler was rescued in 2018 with the Puppy Mill Rescue Team and Buffalo CARES. She was around three when she was finally freed from the puppy mill. Hazel was scared at first and it took her time to trust her fosters. Once she worked on her fears, she discovered that playing was fun, and even went to school to learn to heel on a leash, sit, lay down and even stay!

Hazel’s adopters loved her so much that they knew they needed a sibling for her! Everyone knows, that two is better than one, especially when it comes to saving puppy mill dogs.

In late January 2019, Hazel wagged her tail and welcomed her brother Bruno into her life! She is showing him the ropes on how to be a pet. These two former puppy mill Rottweilers now get to have a wonderful life, together.
