The Puppy Mill Rescue Team is volunteer based and is always looking for drivers. As a volunteer driver, you must ensure the dogs are safety secured in the vehicle by a crate or tethering. Dogs from the mills are usually timid and scared of humans, so they can be prone to running. Supplies such as a crate, slip leads, puppy pads, etc may be provided if needed.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer transporter please submit an application. Areas we commonly need transports are:
New York: Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Cooperstown, Binghamton
Also…. Erie, PA and Southern Ohio up through Cleveland.
